This is a ROT-13 Encryption/Decryption Program made by me.
It uses the ROT-13 algorithm to encrypt messages;which is very basic.
You can use this app to send encrypted messages to your friends and decode them too.
This app is redistributable.Feel Free to share it with your friends.
